Kelsie leads the growing Marketing team at Valence. Having been a people manager herself and managing marketing for over a decade, she has learned and experienced first-hand the value of authentic relationships and trust across teams to drive effectiveness.

Prior to joining Valence, Kelsie led marketing and revenue orgs at companies like SailPoint, Intello, and NAVIS. She is based in Oregon and as a native PNW-er she enjoys all things outdoors with her family and dog, Olive.
