Dominik is Valence's Head of Product and Data. He is focused on providing each new user with a customised and personalised experience. Prior to joining Valence, Dominik spent 6 years at Mozilla as a User Researcher and Data Product Manager and has learned to purposefully and responsibly use data to create better products.

When Dominik met Parker for the first time, he was impressed by Valence's commitment to make work better for everyone and to enable leaders to build thriving teams.

Dominik holds a PhD from Ilmenau University of Technology in Germany. He lives in Berlin, Germany, with his family. In his free time, you can find him cycling the city, exploring new playgrounds with his little ones, or enjoying a cup of filter coffee in the sun.
