Before joining Valence, Alex spent 6 years at McKinsey & Company both serving clients on topics related to culture and change, and internally as part of McKinsey’s People Team. A decade in management consulting showed Alex how important human dynamics are to team performance.

Alex met Parker and Levi during her final project at McKinsey. She was so compelled by their vision that they convinced her to join the Valence team. Alex now leads at Valence.

Alex has an MBA and HBA from the University of Western Ontario. Alex is a native Ontarian, but lives in Calgary, Canada, so she can spend as much time in the mountains as possible.
