Many of you have heard of Project Oxygen and Project Aristotle, Google's research into what makes a perfect boss, and what makes a perfect team. Prasad's team led that research,  and helped to bring it to life inside Google - as well as to share with others through their Re:Work initiative.

We're excited for Prasad to join Valence for a fireside chat conversation on those topics - building great managers and great teams, at scale; learning the backstory on Google's people analytics research efforts, and learning more about how to put these ideas into practice at the scale of tens of thousands of employees.
