ROSELAND, N.J., Jul. 30, 2026 – ADP Ventures today announced a strategic investment in Valence, an enterprise AI coaching platform that helps organizations develop leaders, managers, and employees through personalized coaching delivered within the flow of work. 

Valence's AI-powered coach provides on-demand personalized coaching for leadership development, feedback conversations, career growth, performance management, and team collaboration.
